Political Analyst Condemns Tinubu’s Cabinet Reshuffle, Accuses President Of ‘Hatred’, ‘Nepotism’
ABUJA, NIGERIA – Political analyst, Vitalismary Unachukwu, has sharply criticised President Bola Tinubu’s recent cabinet reshuffle, accusing him of demonstrating “hatred” towards the South East region.
In a scathing statement released today, Unachukwu specifically condemned the scrapping of the Ministry of Niger Delta, arguing it deprived the South East of a crucial platform for economic and political influence.
“The South East was already marginalised in Tinubu’s questionable government, lacking the leadership needed for healing and progress,” Unachukwu stated.
“Now, by eliminating the Ministry of Niger Delta, the President has robbed us of the only slice of the pie we had.”
Unachukwu went on to accuse BAT of running a “nepotistic government,” where he has placed his kinsmen in key positions, while relegating the South East to the sidelines.
“He has shown his true colours with this reshuffle. This is a man who has no regard for fairness or equity. His hatred for the South East knows no bounds,” Unachukwu declared.
Despite the harsh criticism, Unachukwu expressed confidence in the South East’s resilience. “We shall survive without BAT’s government, by God’s grace,” he concluded.
The analyst’s statement is expected to fuel ongoing debate between the South East and the federal government.
It remains to be seen how the President will respond to these accusations.
