NDDC Boss Honoured By Rivers State University For Outstanding Leadership

PORT HARCOURT, NIGERIA – Dr Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has been recognised for his exemplary leadership and dedication to the development of the Niger Delta region.
