Davido Set To Headline BWUFEST 2
Fans of David Adeleke better known as Davido ‘OBO’ have been assured to brace up for an extraordinary night of hits as Davido, the chart-topping icon, headlines another edition of the ‘BEAR’ With Us Festival (BWUFEST) 2, come December 27, at Landmark Beach Oniru, Lagos.
Entertainment outfit, Achievas Entertainment Limited promises an elevated festival experience with top-notch performances, surprise artists, and exceptional DJs. Chiori Daniel Cole and Paul Cole Chiori, the masterminds behind the event, assure a night that will surpass all expectations and linger in the memory of fans, tourists, and music enthusiasts who will be attending the event.
Organisers of the concert have also disclosed that the festival tickets are available for purchase on the Landmark Citizen App.
Worthy of note about this year’s edition is that star artiste, Davido, who has done well for himself in the music industry, has been chosen to headline the second edition of the event.
Recall that in May 2011, the now famous Davido, from the Adeleke family in Osun State, released his first single titled; ‘Back When’. The song became an instant hit and was well-received by music lovers all around Africa.
Davido followed up with another hit single, ‘DamiDuro’ in October 2011. Since then, it has been back-to-back hits from the very talented singer. Some of his other hit singles include ‘Aye,’ ‘Skelewu,’: Overseas,’ and ‘Gobe‘.
The latest work of the music icon, ‘Timeless’ did not only redefine African music, it showed the dexterity of Davido such that he is now accepted as a global artiste with so much to offer the world in the area of music.
