Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, NDDC Managing Director, spoke at the launch in Oguta’s Civic Centre. He was represented by Dr. George Uzowanne, Director of Education, Health, and Social Services (EHSS), and emphasised the commission’s commitment to human capital development.
