World Leaders Congratulate Trump On ‘Historic’ Election Victory
LONDON, UK – Following Donald Trump’s looming victory in the US presidential election, world leaders have begun sending congratulatory messages.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has extended his well wishes, emphasising the strength of the UK-US relationship.
“I look forward to working with you in the years ahead,” Starmer stated. “As the closest of allies, we stand shoulder to shoulder in defense of our shared values of freedom, democracy and enterprise.
“From growth and security to innovation and tech, I know that the UK-US special relationship will continue to prosper on both sides of the Atlantic for years to come.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu offered his congratulations in a more exuberant manner, hailing Trump’s victory as “history’s greatest comeback.”
“Congratulations on history’s greatest comeback! Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America,” Netanyahu said. “This is a huge victory!”
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban echoed this sentiment, declaring Trump’s win “the biggest comeback in US political history!”
“Congratulations to President Donald Trump on his enormous win. A much needed victory for the World!” Orban added.
While these leaders have offered their congratulations, it is worth noting that the election results are still being disputed and the outcome remains uncertain.
The international community awaits further developments with keen interest.
