Maxcoop’s Youth Empowerment Initiative Inspires Hundreds In Lagos
The third edition of Maxcoop’s (MAX Construction Housing Cooperative Society Ltd) Youth Empowerment Initiative, held recently at Kings Plaza, Adeniran Ogunsanya on Lagos Mainland, had a long-lasting impact on the hundreds of participants.
This edition surpassed previous events in Lekki and Ikeja, with over 500 people in attendance, including a group of young Makoko leaders who received special attention and encouragement.
The event focused on empowering youth through innovative housing solutions, with Dr. Augustine Onwumere, President of Maxcoop and Chairman of PWAN Max Group, describing his vision for cooperative housing and network marketing as solutions to Nigeria’s housing challenges.
He introduced Maxcoop as Nigeria’s first housing network marketing cooperative, built to meet the needs of all citizens.
“With Maxcoop, you can easily own your home anywhere in the country and earn money as you go,” Dr. Onwumere said, emphasising the transformative power of their model.
Maxcoop’s Vice President, Engineer Okwuosa Baron, emphasised the cooperative’s unique model that protects members from fraud and hyperinflation.
He explained how Maxcoop’s technology-driven system, in conjunction with partnerships with First Trust Mortgage Bank, offers members discounted building materials and a 5-year interest-free payment plan.
The event also highlighted Maxcoop’s compensation plan, which allows members to earn commissions on their downline’s activities. This results in a community in which everyone benefits from one another’s success.
The event concluded with a raffle draw, in which attendees won household appliances and expressed their gratitude for Maxcoop’s empowerment program.
Lizzy Aaron, a winner, described her positive experience: “I have been following since the first edition at Sangotedo, and now I can see the results.”
Victoria Okparame, another winner, was overjoyed, and Tai Anyanwu, PWAN MAX’s chief image maker, donated his prize to encourage others to participate.
As the event came to a close, Dr. Onwumere emphasised the importance of investing in one’s future through Maxcoop, urging attendees to take advantage of the housing initiative before it expands further in the coming months.
The event demonstrated Maxcoop’s dedication to empowering Nigerian youth and providing affordable housing options.
Maxcoop, with its distinct approach and strong community focus, is poised to become a major player in the country’s housing sector.
