We’re Proud Of Your Achievements Within 9 Months, Tinubu Tells Gov Otti

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has strongly endorsed the performance of Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR.

“In the last nine months, people in Abia State have seen a change in their fortunes.

“Abia is working! We are very proud of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR. President Tinubu stated that he has contributed a wealth of experience, intellect, and exposure to the development of Abia State.

The President, who spoke on Monday while commissioning three roads in Aba that had been rebuilt by the Governor Otti administration, also expressed pride in Governor Otti’s developmental achievements in Abia.The roads are Queens, Jubilee, and Umuoba (Omoba).

President Tinubu, represented by Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima, stated that Governor Otti had brought his experience to bear on the administration of Abia State.

He emphasised the importance of quality leadership in societal development and expressed gratitude to Governor Otti for his humility and respect, as well as the development he is bringing to Abia.

Governor Otti previously stated that the roads being commissioned were strategic routes in Aba, Abia State’s commercial nerve centre. The General Hospital in Aba is located on Queen’s Road, while Umuoba Road connects Aba South Local Government Area, Obingwa, and Isialangwa South and North Local Government Areas. Jubilee Road is an important piece of infrastructure in the heart of Aba, with several businesses located there.

Governor Otti thanked the contractors for following the specifications, which included installing drainage on both sides of the roads and delivering them on time.
He emphasised that the roads are designed to last.

“This is a road designed to last. When we do this, we want to restore power to the people, give you access, and allow you to return to what you do and know how to do without interference, which is why we have promised to touch every part of Aba, according to the Governor.

He thanked President Tinubu, Vice President Shettima, and the federal government for their support of his administration since he took office.

He assured the people of Abia that his administration was only beginning and that he would keep every promise he made to them.
