Imeobi Igbo Leads Clamour For Soludo’s Second Tenure
By Chuks Eke
Imeobi Igbo Forum, a socio-political organisation has charged Ndi Anambra to work towards returning Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second tenure to enable him to actualise his lofty dreams for the state.
Chairman of the forum, Dr. Mike Kegulu who gave the charge in a press statement issued in Onitsha, shortly after their crucial meeting, said: “the vision of Professor Charles Soludo and the pragmatic approach to actualising his big dreams for Anambra State is glaring for all to see”.
According to the statement, Soludo’s novel approach to Urban Renewal, Enduring Roads Construction, Education and Health Revolution is unassailable and besides, prompt payment of workers’ salaries and emoluments”.
“Where else have you seen the One Youth, two Skills program that Mr Governor; Charlie Nwa Ngbafor initiated and delivered with full take-off funds? Is it in Security where a monumental achievement has been recorded and many local government areas recovered”.
“We call on all to come and identify with the Transformation of Anambra State to a smart city. Anambra government house is not for settling company debts or settling political scores with people”.
“Soludo should continue in office because he has the solution to our problems. If you are passionate about a new Anambra State, dynamic, and ready to work for SFC come and join us by sending your name, local government area of political activity and electoral ward”.
