Gov Umahi Appoints Chooks Oko Special Assistant On Media And Strategy

Governor David Umahi has appointed Chooks Oko his Special Assistant on Media and Strategy.

A statement by the Secretary to State government and Coordinating Commissioner, Dr Kenneth Ugbala, on Sunday, said Mr Francis Nwaze, who was the Special Assistant to the Governor on Media had been re-designated as Special Assistant on Documentation.

Before Mr Oko’s designation as SA Media and Strategy, he was the Governor’s SA on Strategy.

According to the statement, handing and taking over of duty is with immediate effect.
The statement reads: “His Excellency, the Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi has approved the re-designation of SA to Governor on Media, Deacon Francis Nwaze as SA on documentation while SA to Governor on Strategy, Mr Chooks Oko is now designated as SA Media and Strategy.

“In the light of the above, handing and taking over of duty is with immediate effect.

“All concerned are to ensure strict compliance with this directive.”
