Tinubu To Win South-South By Landslide—Group
The South South Agenda for Tinubu/Shettima (SSATS) has expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, would emerge victorious at the presidential election in 2023.
It boasted that Tinubu would win the polls in the south-south by a landslide.
In a statement on Thursday, the leader of the Tinubu support group, Bitrus Oliver, insisted that no geopolitical zone would want to be in the opposition in the next political dispensation in the country.
He said the south-south region has, therefore, resolved that the votes of the people of the zone would be counted among the winning votes of the APC standard flagbearer.
The statement said, “No geopolitical zone will like to be in the opposition in the new dispensation. That is the only way every zone will protect its share of the national cake.
“Our votes must be counted among the winning ballot in the landslide victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as President.
“As a matter of fact, we thank God our people have realized this and have resolved to vote for Tinubu/Shettima come 2023”.
Oliver added that the SSATS was ready to take the message of the anticipated Tinubu and Shettima electoral victory to all nooks and crannies of the south-south.
He urged members of the group to work hard and continue spreading the gospel of the APC presidential candidate, adding that “he is the most experienced, competent, prepared and credible person to take over from President Muhammadu Buhari and fulfill the expectations of Nigerians.”
