Hensard University Appoints Dr. Dumbuya Jr. Acting Registrar, Dr. Uppin Director Of Academic Planning
Hensard University, Toru Orua, a burgeoning private institution poised for a new chapter of academic growth and administrative efficiency, has announced two major appointments.
In a statement released by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dileep Kumar M, he welcomed Dr. Wusu Dumbuya Jr. as the Acting Registrar and Dr. Chandrashekhar V. Uppin, former Dean of Computer Science, as the new Director of Academic Planning.

Dr. Wusu Dumbuya Jr., a Liberian national, has been appointed Acting Registrar of Hensard University.

“Dr. Dumbuya Jr. has a proven track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities of university administration,” Prof. Kumar M commented.
