Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are reportedly flying to the United States from Romania after previously facing travel restrictions. According to Romanian media, the brothers departed the country on a private plane Thursday morning.

The brothers, aged 38 and 36, face multiple criminal charges in Romania, including allegations of human trafficking, sexual misconduct, and money laundering. Though they were released from house arrest, they had previously been barred from leaving the country. Both have denied all charges, including accusations of forming an organized crime group.

Andrew Tate, a vocal supporter of Donald Trump, and his brother hold dual U.S. and U.K. citizenship. Beyond their legal troubles in Romania, they are now entangled in legal battles in the U.K. and the U.S. as well. The Tate brothers have consistently denied any wrongdoing related to all ongoing legal proceedings.
