Evangelist Chukwuebuka Obi, Spiritual Director of Zion Church Ministries Worldwide, praised Governor Hope Uzodimma for his administration’s efforts to protect lives and property in Imo, stating that the state is safe and secure.

Speaking on Monday at the Government House in Owerri, when he paid a thank you visit to the Governor for the successful three-day Crusade in the Ngor Okpala area of Imo State, which drew participants from all over the world, Evangelist Obi stated that no incidents of insecurity were reported during the event.

The Evangelist said, “Your Excellency, I have come to appreciate you. People were excited to see you at the crusade and thank you. The white visitors expressed confidence and happiness about the security situation. Everyone felt safe and at home. I want to assure you that Imo is safe and secure.”

He reminded Governor Uzodimma that more than three million people attended the crusade, which he described as the largest since he began holding such crusades in the country.

Explaining that he was pleased to have visited the Governor with his principle officers to thank him for his and the Imo State Government’s support, Evangelist Obi emphasised that “over three million people attended the programme, which was considered the largest of its kind in the entire South East, and no bad news of insecurity was recorded.”

He added, “Everybody was happy, and people regained faith in Governor Hope Uzodimma’s leadership in the state. It is a significant milestone that has positively marketed Imo State to the rest of the world.”

“Let me assure you that you are not alone.” Keep in mind that envy is inherent in every profession. Do not expect any problems. I can assure you and your team that I will speak with everyone in Imo State to ensure that we have the presence of Ebuka Obi and his Ministry.”

The Governor insisted, “Imo needs the Ministry in the State, and we will rally the people to support you and your ministry.”

Governor Uzodimma, who expressed joy at being Evangelist Obi’s landlord, said it is even more heartwarming to learn that the celebrated Prophet of the world is from Imo State, adding, “Imo will follow him.”

“The State is looking forward to the day when that place will be developed economically, socially, educationally, and otherwise, as Elele in Rivers State has been as a result of Fr. Edeh’s efforts,” the Governor stated.
