One of the six alleged secondary school students of Fugar Mixed Secondary School, Fugar, in Estako Central Local Government of Edo State, Ikhane Elijah, who vigilantes and the Nigeria Police Force rescued in a botched attempt to force them into becoming secret cult members, has again become a victim of a threat as the group trails him down to Ogun State, which has recently allegedly become notorious for all forms of criminality in the South West geopolitical zone.

The event, which took place on St.  Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2015, at the secondary school premises, according to the report, saw the six students being rescued from the jaws of the cultists by men of the police force and the vigilante group, the community security operatives.

However, one of the victims, Ikhane Elijah, who fled to Ogun State for safety, is being pursued unaware that he is still being pursued by the secret cult group, which has followed him to Ogun State, where he has fled to learn and familiarise himself with a plumbing skill set in order to earn a living and assist in training his siblings.

Elijah was shocked to learn of threats from the same secret cult group he was rescued from while attending Fugar Mixed Secondary School in Edo State, where a threat notice was pasted on the door of his workshop in the state, reading “WE WILL FIND YOU WHEREVER YOU RUN TO,” with the cult group’s symbol emblazoned on the notice, according to our crime correspondent.
