NDDC MD, Ogbuku, Receives Outstanding Leadership Award From NIM

Port Harcourt, Nigeria – December 14, 2024 – The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, has been awarded an outstanding leadership award by the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered.

Dr. Patience Ezugu, NDDC Chapter Chairman of NIM, described Dr. Ogbuku as a “Transformational Leader,” further emphasising the vital role of effective leadership and professional management in organisational success.

She highlighted their contribution to providing vision, driving innovation, and fostering a positive work culture.

Professor Joy Eke-Ejiofor, keynote speaker and Food Science and Technology professor at Rivers State University, reinforced the importance of leadership prepared for the challenges of the digital age.
