Apostle Chinyere Leads Investors To Abia, Promises Airport, Infrastructure Development
Umuahia, Abia State – The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM) and Traditional Ruler of Ohanko Ndoki Community, Ukwa East LGA, Apostle Chibuzo Chinyere, has brought a team of international investors to Abia State, promising significant investments in key sectors.
The move comes as a major boost to the administration of Governor Alex Otti, who has pledged to revitalise the state’s economy.
Following a closed-door meeting with Governor Otti, Apostle Chinyere announced that the investors, hailing from countries such as Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria, are committed to projects in infrastructure, housing, and even the development of an airport in Abia State.
“We give God glory today,” Apostle Chinyere declared, highlighting the Governor’s commitment to the state’s progress.
He emphasised his dedication to attracting foreign investment, stating, “Because of the love I have for my State, that is why I said, let me go around get investors and investments.”
Dr. Sunny Offeghe, accompanying Apostle Chinyere, further underlined the importance of attracting foreign direct investment to Abia State, noting that the state’s current levels are significantly low.
He expressed confidence that with Governor Otti’s leadership and the influx of new investments, Abia State will see dramatic improvements in its economic standing.
The proposed investment projects include renewable energy, airport development, housing, and various infrastructure upgrades.
Both Apostle Chinyere and Dr. Offeghe described the meeting with Governor Otti as “positive” and “fruitful,” highlighting the Governor’s enthusiastic reception of the investors.
Governor Otti, widely perceived as a “God-sent” leader, is lauded for his commitment to delivering Abia State from its economic challenges.
Apostle Chinyere echoed this sentiment, emphasising the hope that the Governor’s leadership will guide the state towards a brighter future.
The news of these investments has been met with widespread optimism in Abia State.
The promise of a new airport, improved infrastructure, and increased foreign direct investment represents a potential turning point in the state’s economic development.
It remains to be seen how quickly these plans will translate into tangible progress, but the collaboration between Apostle Chinyere, the investors, and Governor Otti offers a glimmer of hope for Abia State’s future.
