Olaolu Olusina Former Editor In THISDAY, THE UNION Newspapers Is Dead

With deep sadness and profound grief, the Executive Committee of THISDAY Alumni Association wishes to officially notify members of the death of Mr OLAOLU OLUSINA, a former staff member of THISDAY newspaper and a member of our association.

According to family sources, Mr Olusina, aged 59 years, died on his way to Redeemed Church Specialist Hospital, Mowe, on Sunday, July 21, 2024. Before his death, Mr Olaolu had been receiving treatment for kidney-related illness at the said hospital for some time.

In a statement from Sunny Hughes, Director of Publicity, Olusina was a gentle, hardworking man and friend to everyone in the newsroom. The family will announce his burial arrangements.
