Brickred Launches Transformational Leadership Programme For HR Executives, Permanent Secretaries
A distinguished line-up of international and national conference speakers has been assembled for a three-day transformational leadership programme designed specifically for Human Resources executives and Permanent Secretaries in Nigeria’s private and public sectors.
The initiative, organised by Brickred Consult Limited, aims to equip senior leaders with the tools needed to drive strategic, institution-wide change.
The programme will be facilitated by renowned figures including Professor Pat Utomi, Dr Dan Okehi, Dr Joe Emeson, Dr Charles Khiran, Mr Tunde Bamgboye and Mrs Monisola Adedayo.
Each brings extensive experience in leadership development, organisational re‑engineering and public‑sector transformation.
The first edition of the training is scheduled to take place from 14–16 July 2026 at the Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. A second session will follow in Lagos from 20–22 July 2026 at NIA Towers, 42 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The programme is themed “Training the Trainers: Re‑engineering Human Resources Executives and Permanent Secretaries to Lead Strategic, Transformational Change in Nigerian Institutions.”
The curriculum is designed to strengthen transformational leadership capacity, reposition HR as a strategic driver of institutional performance, and build participants’ ability to manage complex organisational change.
Speaking on the scope of the initiative, Dr Okehi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Brickred Consult Limited and convener of the programme, emphasised that participants would be exposed to practical frameworks for navigating leadership paradoxes, understanding organisational dynamics, and mastering cross‑functional influence.
He noted that the programme would revolve around transformational leadership, organisational transformation processes, re‑engineering methodologies, and general leadership effectiveness.
