Nzotta made the pledge in his vote of thanks immediately after being decorated as a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), following his promotion from Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP). He stated he would also adhere to the principle that “the reward for hard work is more work.”

Speaking on behalf of himself and Blessing Akuchi, who was also promoted to DCP, in the presence of Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) for Zone 13 Command, Ukpo, Anambra State, Abayomi Oladipo; Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Ikioye Orutugu, and other senior officers, Nzotta expressed profound gratitude to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the Police Service Commission (PSC) for recognising their worth with the promotion.

Earlier, AIG Oladipo, who oversees the police commands in Enugu and Anambra states, urged Nzotta and Akuchi to uphold professionalism, integrity, and discipline in their new ranks while decorating them at Zone 13 Command Headquarters.
