NANTA Elects New Eastern Zone Leaders, Set To Drive Travel Industry Growth

The National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA) Eastern Zone has ushered in a new era of leadership with the emergence of newly elected executive officers following a keenly observed and widely anticipated electoral process.

The Eastern Zone, one of NANTA’s most strategic and influential blocs, covers eleven key states — Rivers, Enugu, Ebonyi, Bayelsa, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Delta, Edo, Imo, and Abia.

The newly elected Eastern Zone Executive Officers are: Vice President: Mr. Ayoola Olatunji (Bereeth Travels and Tours, Port Harcourt), Secretary: Mrs. Chioma Obi (Jands Travel Network, Enugu), Treasurer: Mrs. Chinyere Ofoke (Gold Peggy’s Travels, Ebonyi), Financial Secretary: Mr. Emmanuel Okpako (Kikinuels Travels, Benin), Public Relations Officer: Mr. Ossai Emmanuel (Emios Holidays, Port Harcourt), and Internal Auditor: Mr. Martins Adebayo (TOC Travels, Benin).

The emergence of the executive members has been met with widespread enthusiasm among members and stakeholders, who see the new team as a blend of experience, credibility, and fresh energy poised to strengthen the association’s presence and impact across the Eastern Zone.

It was observed that the new executives will play a critical role in deepening collaboration among travel professionals, promoting ethical standards, enhancing business opportunities, and advancing the collective interests of NANTA members within the zone.
