Access Bank Named Among Forbes’ World’s Best Employers
LAGOS, NIGERIA – Access Bank PLC has achieved a significant milestone, earning a place on Forbes’ 2024 list of the world’s best employers.
The Nigerian bank is the only financial institution from the country to receive this prestigious recognition, placing it among a select group of 850 companies globally and just 13 from Africa.
The accolade, announced today, reflects Access Bank’s commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Forbes’ methodology involved surveying over 300,000 employees across 50 countries, encompassing multinational companies with operations across multiple continents.
Employees rated their employers based on criteria including salary, professional development opportunities, diversity initiatives, and remote work options.
Data from the past three years was also considered, with a greater emphasis on recent employee feedback.
