Wike Needs Mental Health Diagnosis, Not Politics, Analyst Urges Ex-Governor To Seek Treatment
Abuja, THE NEWSHAUS– Political analyst Vitalismary Unachukwu has issued a strong warning to former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, urging him to seek professional help for what he believes to be a serious mental health issue.
Unachukwu claimed in a scathing statement released today that Wike’s erratic behaviour and aggressive public pronouncements are the result of an underlying alcohol and substance abuse problem.
He claimed that the FCT Minister’s wealth, accumulated during his tenure as governor, provides him with a unique opportunity to prioritise his own well-being.
“Wike needs to step back from politics, seek professional evaluation and treatment, and give himself time to heal,” said Unachukwu.
“His actions, motivated by his addiction, have caused instability in Rivers State and are undermining his own credibility.
“This is a critical time for him to admit his problems and seek the assistance he desperately needs.”
Unachukwu went on to discuss Wike’s alleged history of aggression, as well as his recent attempts to influence political actors with financial incentives.
He predicted that his actions would ultimately lead to isolation and financial ruin.
“He will be a lone loser, bankrupt, and robbed of everything he has worked for,” Unachukwu stated. “This is a call for him to take action before it is too late.”
Unachukwu’s statement comes amid rising tensions in Nigeria’s political landscape.
Wike, a prominent figure in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has been an outspoken critic of the party’s leadership and has demonstrated a willingness to disrupt the political process with his actions.
While Unachukwu’s allegations are serious, it is important to note that these are his personal opinions and should not be interpreted as a definitive diagnosis.
It remains to be seen how Wike will respond to these allegations. His political future and personal well-being are uncertain.
