Nigeria360.com.ng Apologises For Downtime, Blames Server Provider Maintenance
LAGOS, NIGERIA – Nigeria360.com.ng, a leading online news platform in Nigeria, has issued a public apology to its readers for experiencing an extended period of downtime over the past several days.
The platform’s Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Al Humphrey Onyanabo, attributed the disruption to ongoing maintenance by its server provider, QServers.
“We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our readers and partners,” Onyanabo stated.
“The unexpected downtime has prevented us from delivering the timely news updates we’re known for.”
According to Onyanabo, QServers’ maintenance process has resulted in an extended server outage, rendering Nigeria360.com.ng inaccessible.
While the platform has been in contact with QServers, a definitive timeline for the completion of the maintenance has not yet been provided.
The downtime has significantly impacted the platform’s operations, including lost revenue and a compromised ability to fulfil its news reporting mandate.
“We understand the frustration and disappointment this has caused,” Onyanabo added.
Despite the challenges, Nigeria360.com.ng remains committed to its readers. “We are actively exploring alternative solutions to mitigate such disruptions in the future,” Onyanabo assured.
“We value your trust and loyalty, and we appreciate your patience during this challenging time.”
The platform will continue to provide updates on its social media channels and notify subscribers once it is restored.
Onyanabo emphasized that if QServers does not fully restore service within the next 36 hours, Nigeria360.com.ng will migrate to a different service provider.
