Olam Agric Hosts Employees, Children At The Kids Fun Day
Olam Agric in Nigeria is proud to have organised a memorable Kids Fun Day for its employees and their families this year.
The programme, organised by the company, provided employees’ children with a lively and exciting environment filled with fun, gaming, learning, and music, among other things.
The event, held at Olam Agric’s Lagos office, was part of a series of activities to demonstrate the company’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of its employees and families.
While speaking about the event, Lucky Nwadei, General Manager, Human Resources, Olam Agric in Nigeria, stated that the organisation continues to prioritise activities that enrich their employees’ lives and foster a family-friendly work culture.
“To end the summer break, we get our kids together for a fun and educational event called Kid’s Fun Day. The Kid’s Fun Day event exemplifies our unwavering commitment to creating a workplace that value and empowers its employees.
“It reflects our organisation’s ethos, in which inclusivity and collaboration are not just values, but the very foundation of our workplace,” she explained.
Also, Anil Nair, the Managing Director of Olam Agric in Nigeria, stated, “We are constantly looking for ways to make a difference in agriculture and beyond.
“As part of our strategic investments in employee development, we ensure that our workplace provides a nurturing environment for personal and professional growth, as well as a place to find fulfilment. The Kid’s Fun Day demonstrates how much we value work and family.”
Nair stated that the Kid’s Fun Day is one of the internal experiential activities that highlight Olam Agric’s status as a top employer in Nigeria, which it has consistently received for the past half-decade.
Olam Agri began in Nigeria 35 years ago. The company currently operates in more than 33 countries. Inclusivity is one of several tenets that the organisation has fully embraced to promote a family-friendly work environment.
