Shock As HoRs Losses Akinremi, Member Representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency

Musliudeen Olaide Akinremi, also known as Jagaban, a two-term member of the Ibadan North federal constituency, has died.

Though details of his death were sketchy as of press time, a few of his political associates confirmed it to journalists in Abuja.

They were all shocked by the unexpected death of the lower chamber representative.

Confirming the death, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, also known as Odidiomo, a federal lawmaker representing Oyo state’s Ibadan Northwest/Ibadan Southwest federal constituency, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of his colleague, Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban.
Tolu Mustapha, Hon. Olajide’s Special Adviser for Media and Public Affairs, described the late Jagaban as a dedicated and hardworking lawmaker who made significant contributions to the country’s development.

Olajide stated, “I am deeply saddened by the news of Hon. Akinremi Jagaban’s passing.

He was a brother and colleague who was deeply committed to our country’s advancement.

“His death is a great loss for the National Assembly and the people of Oyo State,” Odidiomo said.

He sent his condolences to the deceased’s friends, family, and political associates, and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.

“Hon. Jagaban will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on in our hearts and in the lives of those he impacted.

“May Almighty God grant him eternal rest and comfort his family during this difficult times,” Odidiomo stressed.
