According to Okaro, the 2024 outreach will include Abia and Lagos states this year, as Anambra will be visited again.

“We will travel from the Ogidi Centre in Anambra to Abia, then to Lagos.

Independent reported that the primary focus of the 2024 outreach will be eye surgeries and other medical care. We did not include such surgery in 2023 because we could not make final arrangements for follow-ups.

“This year, we were able to make arrangements with some hospitals and medical doctors in Nigeria to conduct patient follow-up,” he said.

According to him, Lifted Hands Inc. is an organisation that has a history of meeting the needs of Nigerians.
